Note about Termites and other Wood Destroying Organisms in Florida: Home inspectors who perform home inspections according to the Standards of Practice do not spray pesticides and do not identify specific insects or pests. If the Home Inspector observes indications of the possible presence of Wood Destroying Organisms or Pests, the Inspector will recommend the client hire a licensed Pest Control company.
